Anything that is said in the next post was acquired through word of mouth; friends of friends were able to give me the following information, fake names will be used to protect any persons involved in the story:
Earlier this semester a group of individuals were caught smoking weed on BSU campus. With the implementation of the new law that stipulates that a person carrying less than one ounce of weed on them when they are caught is subject to a $100 fine. However, since it was done on school property and the school has a zero tolerance policy with drugs the individuals were subject to expulsion from the dorms and perhaps even the school itself. The police then asked the group if they had anything other illegal items in their possession. When one of the individuals [John] was not cooperating the police further searched him and found separate bags of weed in his pockets, insinuating he was a dealer. The police brought John down to the station and worked out a deal with him were if he showed the police where certain dealers were on campus they would let the group go with just the fine and would not tell the school.
John had a particular problem with a certain someone [Frank] who is a weed smoker, however, Frank does not regularly hold or distribute weed. John on the other hand is a distributor of weed; he began to bring small amounts of his own weed to the police claiming that is was Frank’s. John continued to bring in small bags of weed until they added up to more than half an ounce. When the cops decided to move in on Frank they wanted John to go to Frank’s room to buy another small amount of weed and they would move in after. Instead, since John never went to Frank for any weed before, John went to apologize for the feud they were in from the previous year. After the two made up John requested the bag from Frank…Frank said no.
Frank was stepping out of his shower to two police officers demanding to arrest him and his roommate. The police began to search Frank’s room for any evidence that would link him to this crime. After searching the room the police found nothing. The police took Frank down to the station to interrogate him to figure out why none of the situation was adding up.
When asked if there was anyone who would set him up there was no hesitation to say John’s name. Frank’s only enemy was John and as soon as the police heard John’s name they knew that they were being played.
John is no longer on campus, as far as his expulsion from school goes I am not sure but I would not expect to see him around this campus again.
That's fucked up, no excuses for snitching. That's something I could never respect. Why can't people mind their own business, take responsibility for their actions, and handle their problems themselves
ReplyDeleteThats nuts. I don't agree with snitching either in this scenario. Obviously the first kid was in trouble- why is it necessary to bring others down with you, and in this case someone who was not even involved. Thats so childish and petty to try and get this kid in trouble..maybe he was an asshole- but regardless the first kid probably feels like an idiot but he looks like one too. This isn't elementary school & karma will always be a bitch so I guess what goes around comes around here. Hope he learned his lesson.
